We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Grand River Winter Walk on Thursday, December 19th from 5 – 9 PM. The festive event will take place along Grand River between Warwick and Outer Drive.
Make sure to stop into 19304 Grand River, the building will be converted into a holiday market! Vendors will be selling an assortment of goods, from popcorn to jewelry and textiles. Joining the market will be Affections Jewlery, Angelique Collections, Detroit Crush, Dildora Bakery, Joseph Wesley Black Tea, Love.Travels.Imports, Motor City Popcorn, That’s My Kid! Keepsakes, Toni Collections and True Indulgence.
Always Brewing Detroit, located at 19180 Grand River will be open, offering a cozy to rest and refuel with coffee and tea. They will also have ornament making and will be hosting a holiday themed OPEN MIC 8-10 PM.
Pita Post Food Truck will be on hand, set up on Grand River between Always Brewing and Outer Drive, offering a great dinner option during the Winter Walk.
The last stop on the walk will be 19120 Grand River. Here you will have a chance to decorate and take home sugar cookies, put together a gift basket of your holiday haul and make ornaments.
There will be holiday music and carolers to enjoy along the way. This community event is fun for all ages, be sure to invite your neighbors, friends and family! We hope to see you there.
