On Sunday, May 3, prospective home buyers are invited to attend the 10th annual Grandmont Rosedale Neighborhood Open House. Visitors will gather at the North Rosedale Park Community House, 18445 Scarsdale, to register before setting out to tour the neighborhood. More than a dozen homes for sale will held open for potential homebuyers to examine. Another dozen homes owned by the Detroit Land Bank Authority are also open for viewing. The Land Bank homes will later appear for auction on the BuidlingDetroit.org website. The annual event is a great way for home shoppers to learn about all the amenities that the Grandmont Rosedale area has to offer. The Neighborhood Open House is organized by the five Grandmont Rosedale neighborhood associations and GRDC.
