We are thrilled to provide an exciting update on the ongoing transformation of the old IHOP building along Grand River Ave. As many of you know, in 2017, the Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation (GRDC) purchased this long-time abandoned property with a vision to revitalize it into something special for our community. Today, we are proud to share the progress and invite you to be a part of the next phase of this incredible journey.

The once vacant building is being reborn as Minock Park Place, a vibrant mixed-use senior housing project. The development will feature 42 apartment units specifically designed for our senior residents, providing them with modern, comfortable, and affordable housing options.

One of the most exciting aspects of Minock Park Place is the 5,400 square feet of commercial ground floor space that will be available for lease.
