We are renovating two apartment buildings at 9710-30 West Outer Drive, near Grand River Avenue. This is a significant step forward in our ongoing mission to enhance housing accessibility and diversity within our community. This development is set to offer 35 new income-based apartments, ensuring that individuals and families from various economic backgrounds can find a secure and affordable place to call home.
