Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation (GRDC) created Grandmont Rosedale’s first neighborhood base co-working space Grand River WorkPlace in 2014. Grand River WorkPlace is designed to offer small businesses a professional and affordable co-working space to operate their business. With many additional amenities such as a pop-up retail space, free business support workshops and 24/7 access for its members. Grand River WorkPlace has since then served 50 small businesses and more than a dozen retail businesses have had the opportunity to test their products in our pop-up retail space. Many of our members and former pop-up shops have had much success in our space and have graduated to their own brick and mortar, which is exactly why WorkPlace works!

The Grand River Workplace retail pop-up space is a 400 sq. foot white-box space where businesses can test out their brick-and-mortar concepts. With a 6-month rental period at a price of $600 per month, businesses can create their concept storefront for customers to experience right in the Grandmont Rosedale community!
