Home Buyer Program: We acquire vacant and dilapidated houses and transform them into fully renovated homes. These homes are sold to new families that will own and care for them for years to come. Contact: Tom Ridgway at email@example.com
Vacant Property Maintenance and Code Enforcement: Working closely with resident volunteers, we monitor vacant homes in our community with the goal of ensuring that every property is properly maintained. To get involved or to report a vacant house on your block, contact Chelsea Neblett at firstname.lastname@example.org
Commercial Revitalization: GRDC works to support local businesses and encourage new businesses to locate within the Grandmont Rosedale community. If you are looking for space to lease or resources to grow your business, contact Larissa Carr, GRDC’s Economic Development Program Manager at email@example.com.
Grand River WorkPlace: WorkPlace is a co-working facility and small business incubator that offers flexible, affordable office space for small businesses and independent workers. Contact Larissa Carr at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if this is the place for you.
Neighborhood Beautification – Each year we organize hundreds of volunteers to pitch in and help keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful. Whether we are planting trees, cleaning up a park or painting over graffiti, we strive to keep our public spaces as beautiful as our houses. Community Security Initiative — Safety is important to everyone, no matter where they live. GRDC is coordinating efforts to improve public safety across our five neighborhoods. Contact Community Security Manager Chelsea Neblett at firstname.lastname@example.org
