State Representative David Nathan is teaming up with the non-profit organization Rippling Hope to provide home repair services this spring and summer to residents of Michigan’s 8th House District, including all homes within the Grandmont Rosedale area boundaries.  The program recruits volunteers to do minor home repairs such as painting, weatherization, fixing leaky faucets or downspout disconnection.  The homeowner must pay for any materials used, but the labor is all provided by volunteers. There are no income limits, but applicants must be a member of their local neighborhood association.

Rippling Hope is a national faith-based non-profit. Volunteers come from around the country to participate.  In 2012, more than 280 households received assistance through this program.

To apply, fill out and return the attached application before April 5th, 2013 to your local neighborhood association (see contact information).  For more information about the program contact Carl at Rippling Hope 313-704-1230.
