The Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation (GRDC) is a non-profit, community based organization dedicated to preserving and revitalizing the Grandmont Rosedale communities of northwest Detroit. We organize a wide range of community improvement programs designed to help our community prosper as a place to live, work and play.

Each year we organize hundreds of volunteers to pitch in and help keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful. Whether we are planting trees, cleaning up a park or painting over graffiti, we strive to keep our public spaces as beautiful as our houses.
Community Security Initiative –
Safety is important to everyone, no matter where they live. GRDC is coordinating efforts to improve public safety across our five neighborhoods. Contact Community Security Manager Chelsea Neblett at firstname.lastname@example.org
Vacant Property Maintenance and Code Enforcement –
Working closely with resident volunteers, we monitor vacant homes in our community with the goal of ensuring that every property is properly maintained. To get involved or to report a vacant house on your block, contact Chelsea Neblett at email@example.com
